Welcome to the Pyramid Clinic at the Lake in Zurich.

The Pyramid Clinic at the Lake is a pioneering company. It was founded by doctors and, as a private clinic run on the principle of affiliated specialists, it is dedicated to free, patient-focused medicine. A handful of innovative surgeons, a dedicated management team and an enthusiastic group of staff have worked successively and hand-in-hand to develop an ideal environment for patients, doctors and employees. Since the opening of the clinic in May 1993 – with its roots in the former outpatient clinic of Dr C. A. George in Rämistrasse, Zurich – we have successfully treated over 50,000 patients.

We are specialists with a clear focus on selected surgical fields. Our internal specialist centres for plastic and breast cancer surgery, maxillo-facial surgery, and joint and sport surgery form the heart of the Pyramid. These are complemented by our centres for hand, foot and vascular surgery. Our achievements in eye surgery, ear, nose and throat surgery and minimally invasive visceral surgery are likewise highly renowned. The excellent work of all our specialists has made our name famous as a leading specialist clinic well beyond the borders of Switzerland.

The Pyramid Clinic is run as a business and earns its revenues exclusively through its services. All profits are reinvested. The Pyramid Clinic owes its success to the excellence that we guarantee daily. With our lakeside location in Zurich's Seefeld, we are now the leading clinic for privately insured and self-paying patients. Since 2008, we have also had a second location in Schwerzenbach, where we treat our semi-private patients with just as much devotion.
