GUEST RELATIONS
As one of the first private clinics ever to be established, we pioneered a new concept in healthcare - guest relations. A caregiver employed solely to look after private patients and fee-paying guests attends to their every need before, during and after their stay at our clinic. This ensures we offer outstanding continuity of care and an exceptional level of patient satisfaction. Not only that, the direct and open feedback this generates allows us to continually fine tune our internal processes and adapt our practices to the needs of our patients. It also helps us to introduce improved procedures and strengthen the cohesion of our various internal teams.
