We were one of the first clinics to pioneer a new concept in private medicine - Guest Relations, a service which originated in exclusive hotels. The Guest Relations Team takes care of matters over and above the medical and nursing requirements of our patients, looking after their well-being at the Pyramid Clinic. The Guest Relations staff members are your personal contact to assist you and will contact you before your admission. This ensures that we can take your needs and wishes into account and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
