REGISTRATION AND ADMISSION

Once you have decided, in consultation with your doctor, to have an operation at the Pyramid Clinic, you will be referred to us. We arrange an appointment for your admission and make all the necessary preparations for your stay. This is handled in an unbureaucratic and efficient manner. Your own personal needs will also be taken into account. Along with written confirmation of the timing of your operation, you will receive further information about your upcoming stay in our clinic, plus any clarification or preparatory measures that may be required in the lead-up to your operation. We can also arrange for you to come and inspect our facilities beforehand, if you wish.If you are not referred to us by a doctor, you can approach us directly with your concerns and we will be happy to arrange an appointment for you with a suitable specialist.

Warm welcome and fast check-in
You arrive at our clinic at an agreed time. On arrival you will be warmly welcomed by our receptionist. Formalities are quickly completed in a friendly atmosphere. Then your personal caregiver will show you to the day clinic or the recovery room where you will be prepared for the operation. We aim to lessen the natural anxiety you may feel before your operation by giving you helpful and individual attention in a warm and reassuring environment.
