PATIENT SURVEYS / DOCTOR SURVEYSSatisfied patients are the guarantee of success for any clinic. Since the introduction of our quality management system, we have conducted regular patient surveys. We are proud of the fact that we are consistently rated well above average on all criteria. According to last year's study, our patients are among the most satisfied of any clinic. The reason why we are not content to rest on our laurels is, however, quite simple: when it comes to the well-being of our patients, there is always room for a little improvement.Doctor surveys Our medical practitioners are not only important to us as professional partners, but also as clients. Many patients find their way to our clinic via their own doctor. Physicians recommend us because they value the quality of our services and we are able to offer them optimal working conditions. Our doctors are not only subjected to rigorous accreditation processes; their needs and preferences are also given individual consideration and taken into account wherever possible. This not only lifts the level of professional competence, but also the degree of human warmth displayed in all dealings with our patients, colleagues and staff. Our working relationship with contributing practitioners is the object of regular surveys, which we conduct and evaluate as part of our quality management system on an ongoing basis. It gives us some pride to learn that, year after year, medical practitioners also rate us as one of the best in the business. |
